When the Logan Youth Foyer was built in 2019 the young people felt the building needed more colour and with help from local artists this dream is becoming a reality.
Residents of the foyer have been working with local indigenous artist Jess McKinnon and Rekon Youth artists Rolanda and Paora on the design.
Attending meetings, workshops and planning sessions the foyer agreed the theme is cultural diversity and inclusivity of all cultures at Foyer.
We are so proud of the teamwork, collaboration and creativity shown by all in this project and cannot wait to see the mural when it’s completed.
