For over 13 years the Foyer Foundation and the Foyer Network has been slowly but surely growing their presence across Australia, gaining visibility as an innovative, evidence informed approach and delivering positive outcomes for the young people who develop independence and live or have lived in one of the 13 accredited/accrediting Foyers.
Today, l proudly bring to you our 2021 Annual Report, a great read showcasing the work of the Foyer Foundation and the Foyer Network over the past 12 months.
With the theme of “Building sustainable and thriving futures” we not only demonstrate the last 12 months of impact and growth, but also share our vision to have 30 Foyers by 2030. An ambitious target but one we feel is achievable and critically needed within the youth at risk of homelessness space, allowing us to keep building on the hard work achieved since the first Foyer opened in Australia.
It is with a great deal of appreciation that I thank and acknowledge the whole Foyer Foundation team and board, every Foyer, their passionate, hard working teams and our incredible young people.
Everyone inspires me every day to keep driving the Foyer Foundation forward to meet our strategic goals and deliver more opportunities such as education and employment pathways for our young people.
