Beyond youth homelessness

Foyers provide a life-changing opportunity to help reduce the numbers of young people experiencing homelessness. They enable young people to achieve their education outcomes and provide access to meaningful career pathways for a brighter future.

There are too many young people in Australia who are either homeless or at risk of homelessness due to the fact that they have experienced disruption, mental health issues or trauma.

According to the Costs of Youth Homelessness Project (2016), Australia spends $747m dollars each year addressing youth homelessness and its related impacts.

Foyers are built with an evidence-informed approach that provides access to education, training, employment, support services and social connections to help young people break the cycle of disadvantage and homelessness and create a path of independence.

We are delighted to invite you to join us in sunny Queensland for The Foyer Advantage.
