- The Youth Lead is pivotal to the success of the Foyer Foundation. This role is responsible for ensuring that Advantaged Thinking and young people with lived experience are at the heart of everything that we do – our Governance, strategy, advocacy and day-to-day efforts to ensure Foyer integrity.
Leading a small team, and working with the Foyer Foundation leadership team, the Youth Lead will develop and deliver a range of programs that embed lived experience and Advantaged Thinking in our work and in our efforts to shift power towards young people in our society, policies and and systems.
You will lead the development and delivery of learning content and training that will equip the Foyer Foundation team, Board, network and our partners to put young people at the heart.
