This is a great opportunity to work alongside other Foyer young people to deliver the first National Alumni Project for the Foyer Foundation.
This part time role (10 hours per week) has some flexibility regarding hours of work. Core to this role is “lived experience” and specifically an understanding of Foyer, homelessness and young people. This role will plan, development, and implement the Beyond Foyer Alumni pilot project. The role is critical in ensuring that the Foyer Foundation meets the objectives and reporting criteria as set out in the Beyond Foyer Project Funding agreement.
Key to the role is your work with Foyer young people and graduates across Australia, you will be supported and guided by both the Foyer Foundation Practice team and the Beyond Foyer Advisory Group, plus all the other passionate staff at Foyer when needed to engage a team of young people who want to play a key part in the growth and governance of the Foyer Foundation.
The outcomes from the project are to see a pilot alumni program implemented at multiple Foyer sites across Australia, report on the success of the project and develop a recommendation for embedding into the Foyer Foundation and individual Foyers.
